We’re proud to spotlight a purposeful partnership that’s as delicious as it is impactful!
At Levy Australia, we believe in teaming up with businesses that share our commitment to quality, inclusivity, creativity, and a genuine mission to do good. That’s why we’re thrilled to partner with GingerSnap Patisserie as one of our suppliers, the dynamic brother and sister duo behind Melbourne’s plant-based, gluten-free pastry sensation.
Brett and Jess, the co-founders of GingerSnap, have brought their craft and purpose into many of our hospitality spaces, creating standout moments with pastries that not only taste incredible but also tell a powerful story.
Born profoundly deaf, Brett became the 100th person in the world to receive a cochlear implant, and later trained as a pastry chef at Bakers Delight and Crown Melbourne. With Jess’s extensive experience in hospitality and social impact, the two have created a business that champions the visibility, inclusion and employment of people with disability.
Why this matters
Over 5.5 million Australians, that’s 1 in 5, live with disability. Globally, that number exceeds 1 billion. We believe representation matters in every room, including stadiums and hospitality environments. Working with businesses like GingerSnap helps us create spaces that are not just premium and exciting, but also inclusive.
We’re honoured to work with suppliers like GingerSnap who put people, passion and purpose at the centre of everything they do.
